Lara has seen her in one cutscene in the Bio-dome.

You thought you'd seen the last of the mad scientist, Kristina Boaz...
Dur-DUM... But then, out of the shadows... Dur-DUM... A horror appears! Dur-DUM, dur-DUM... Could it be?? Dur-DUM, dur-DUM *cue scary violins!* BOAZ RETURNS!!!! You've gotta love the melodrama. AoD had it in spades It wasn't enough that Eckhardt used feeding her to the plant-monster to prove how nasty he can be (apart from the grisly murders earlier in the game, but moving on...). He then has to unveil the new, improved version of Boaz because, let's be frank, he's just lost the Proto and is in need of an insane-hybrid-freak-monster to feed his unwitting victims to. Evil supervillains have to really think this stuff through, you know.

While this is true, she's is such a forgettable character that you're unlikely to even remember seeing her. The Cabal botanist-guy that gasses Lara in the plant room also mentions that she (Boaz) "paid" for letting the proto-nephilim run amok throughout the Strahov.
