My guess is that you would probably have to wait for a patch update for WIN8.

Hmm... What exactly is your problem? Because I'm running it very fine on Windows 8 Pro (legal one).

I've got it to work but it's still a little weird...it's like a window but the window takes up the whole screen so I can see the close, maximise and minimise buttons at the top of the screen but I can't do anything to use them, the exact same problem I have with TR4 on Windows 8. Oh well, it's just a minor annoyance.
