I'm not really sure why they picked him for the DLC. Did anyone really like him in FFXIII?
One thing I love though, because it's so hilarious, has having Lightning in your party as your monster. When she kills things Serah says 'Good boy!' and Noel says 'You deserve a treat!'. |

Oh yeah, I know. >_< But I wasn't saying that Serah couldn't handle her own. She's still very kick-ass.

^ She surely is, she became my favourite XIII character
Has anyone tried to establish a connection between the story of XIII-2 and the Myth? In case that some don't know the Myth: In the beginning there was Mwynn, mother to Bhunivelze (the deity Hope named his planet after). Bhunivelze, intending to rule all of the mortal (visible) world, killed his mother. By doing so, Mwynn vanished into the unseen world (Valhalla). The thought of Mwynn having cursed the mortal world led Bhunivelze's fear to consume him. He sought for a way into the unseen world to vanish Mwynn from all existence. He created Pulse to look for a gate to such world. To assist Pulse, he created Etro. After realizing Etro resembled his mother, fear consumed Bhunivelze again, so he did not bestow her with any power. Instead, he created Lindzei to do what he originally planned for Etro. Bhunivelze went into a crystal slumber, waiting for his fal'Cie to carry out their mission. Etro, powerless, helpless, killed herself. Her blood gave birth to humans, and her death led her to Valhalla, where she met Mwynn. Mwynn's life was being drained by Chaos, a force born from the fal'Cie creation by Bhunivelze. Before dying, Mwynn tasked Etro with guarding the balance of the mortal and the unseen world. Etro placed Chaos within each human, their hearts. Pulse and Lindzei continued to shape Gran Pulse and Coccoon, respectively, while Bhunivelze kept waiting in crystal stasis. To sum up: - Mwynn had a son, Bhunivelze; - Bhunivelze killed Mwynn, who vanished into Valhalla; - Bhunivelze created Pulse to look for a gate to Valhalla and destroy Mwynn; - Bhunivelze created Etro to assist Pulse, but the similarities to his mother led him not to give Etro any power; - Bhunivelze created Lindzei to assist Pulse and protect its creator; - Bhunivelze went into a crystal sleep; - Etro killed herself (in XIII-2 they mention Etro dying AGAIN, the first time in the mortal world, and now in Valhalla...supposedly disappearing forever, like Mwynn), and her blood gave birth to humans; - Etro met Mwynn in Valhalla, who died and showed her Chaos; - Etro put Chaos (heart) within each human. In the game: - Lindzei's masterpiece, Coccoon, falls; - Hope sets the alternate planet plan into motion, and names it Bhunivelze; - Bhunivelze's birth coincides with Etro's second and final demise. Could Bhunivelze be more than just Hope's artificial planet? If so, what happens now that he has no deity to fear, since Mwynn and Etro died? Will he wake up? Is Bhunivelze what Orphan sought? Or was it Lindzei? Or was it Etro? I love Final Fantasy XIII. Don't pay me any attention. Let's praise Chocolina |

I'm trying to platinum XIII. Longest thing ever. Whose idea was it to create the Treasure Hunter trophy? So glad it's not in XIII-2.
