No, she pretty much charged forward and demanded that they get out of her way, and before she understood anything about her situation. What's more, she ignores Amanda's attempts at dousing the situation. Rutland only orders his men to kill Lara when it's perfectly clear she won't listen and will kill them first. But Rutland and his men tried to kill her since the first level. She even gave them a warning despite that "Anyone who gets between me and that stone dies." and they got in her way. She was the first one to give an order too. They were the ones that weren't listening when they weren't in any situation not to.

Lara went into that situation extremely aggressively. She never once asked Amanda what she knew about the daises or why she was interested in the sword. She started off threatening to kill everyone, then fired the first shot when everyone else hesitated. Rutland didn't give the order to kill her until after he lay there dying from her attack.

Lara didn't even try to get answers from Amanda until after she already blew up the dais. She could have saved herself a lot of grief if she actually acted like a normal human being instead of a self-centered brat who didn't care what anyone else had to say. In that situation I think any normal person would have had more of a reaction to a supposedly dead friend turning up alive and would have at least tried to ask how she was doing and what she was up to. Legend Lara is totally fake and hollow. For all of their efforts to make her more "realistic" she's the least human Lara in the series.

She went into the situation aggressively for a good reason. She was being shot at the entire game by their mercenaries and both Amanda and Rutland tried to kill her prior to that. I think Lara would know they wouldn't willingly give any answers. You're acting like it was some sort of unprovoked attack.
