Thumbs down Can my computer play Rise?

New to this forum. Can anyone help me? I played the reboot of Tomb Raider (2013). Love it!!! Still play it over and over. But wondering if I can play its sequel - Rise of the Tomb Raider - on my computer? Have an HP 6300 computer, with Windows 10 64-bit, i5-3470 core processor (Intel - 3rd generation) and 3.2 GHz. 16 GB memory. 1 TB hard drive. Intel HD graphics. Is my computer fast enough for Rise?

Most likely no, everything else that you have listed looks fine. But the Integrated GPU is your downfall. You'll need to look for an appropriate GPU to run the game, but you'll also need to check how much Wattage your PSU provides as well since GPU's can be power consuming in comparison to other components. Higher end ones can be >200W and midrange ~150W on average.

According to Steam here is:

Minimum:

Graphics: NVIDIA GTX 650 2GB or AMD HD7770 2GB

Recommended:

Graphics: NVIDIA GTX 980Ti 2560x1440 or NVIDIA GTX 970 1920x1080

I've advise to look on these lists of the GPU's of your choosing based on those apparent requirements (don't worry about getting a generation lower or two than current, they'll likely be cheaper in comparison unless they have discontinued it):

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_o..._RX_400_Series

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_o...rce_900_series

Then you can check them out on Amazon or other sites, if you want to go down this route to upgrade. But you'll need to check your budget as well.

Possibly but can't make any guarantees.

CPU isn't an issue, just iGPU and looks like his CPU uses the 2500 HD Graphics which is quite old now.

Hi! This is my pc Requirements

OS Windows 7 x64
8 Gb RAM
Nvidia Geforce 410M
Intel Pentium CPU B940 @ 2.00 Ghz (Dual Core)

I concluded Rise one at 100% and the other at 70% with all the DLC.

Obviously I had to lower all the resolution to the minimum. The loads of the levels are very long. The FPS are low.

I had written a guide on how to install Rise on old PCs, but it is in Italian. If your PC has higher performance than mine, then it should work.

My PC is an All-In-One and it could not even render the game at 10FPS lmao. It has Intel Graphics too and it didn't work. However, your PC sounds like it's more than capable to play it. Enjoy!

Definitely not.

Doesn't even look like it could play the 2013 game on low.
BTW, you do have the same processor as me.
