Huh, guess I hadn't seen this thread before. I had actually started working on character customisation a couple of weeks ago, with intent on bringing it into Unreal Engine 4. I took TRU models and textures and edited them/created new ones to work with modern PBR workflows, including making greyscale diffuse maps so that any desired colour could be applied to them.
Some samples, although there are inconsistencies like the shirt and shorts are slightly big because I haven't properly fitted them to the body: I kinda dropped it though because Nicobass has his amazing TR2 remake going on and I didn't think there would be much interest in this. |
