Default selling a pc for ps3??

I am thinking of selling my high end gaming pc in favor of a ps3 and a laptop???

Intel i7 3.4 GHZ
4gig ram
2tb harddisk
nivida gtx 570

The thing is the pc is not even 2 months old. But i barely use it
Plus i already have a psp and a vita!!!
If i sell it now i can get a much better price.

So I just wanted to ask will there be enough console exclusive games to keep my busy for say like 2 years.

I only get 2 hours for me daily 6 days a week. And one whole Sunday.

I am looking forward to playing games like

god of war 3
uncharted
bayonetta
read dead redemption
little big planet
journey
metal gear solid 4
gran tourismo
pop classic [psn]

and there is no such thing as a PC exclusive game apart from FPS which is detest.

What should i do?? I am so confused!!!
Its not like the games will stop on ps3 by the end of this year.

If you have a high end PC, that's better than both a 360 and a PS3. Besides the odd console exclusive, you can play whatever-the-hell game you want, and it'll look better and perform better than on a console (assuming your PC is that good). I mean, if you barely use it, what's the point of getting a laptop?

Anywho, you could just get an emulator and play console-exclusive games on your PC, AFAIK

Get a 360. You can get the underworld DLC, it's cheaper, and bayonet ya has better graphics.

@robm_2007 The graphic card is the fourth best in nvidia line as of now. Behing GTX680, Gtx590, Gtx 580. The pc can run anything that will come for next 6 years provided I upgrade my ram. no ps3 xbox 360 emulator as of now. I use the pc only for browsing the net and some office work. Thats why i need a laptop.

@leglion the only thing i am interested in a 360 is gears of war and underworld levels. So sony wins in this match!!

I am so confused!!!

You should keep your PC. It would be mental to get rid of it for a PS3.
And both Bayonetta and Red Dead Redemption are superior on the 360. The only games the PS3 tends to excel at are its exclusives, cross-platform games are nearly always better on 360.

Never sell a high end gaming PC for some crappy flappy stuff. You'll gain nothing... except headaches.

But i cannot buy a ps3!!! I will have like 4 gaming consoles [pc, psp, vita, ps3] and thats mental. The thing is I am living in Oman now. I bought this pc here. I have to go back after two years to India. In India I am already having a gaming pc besides its going to be hell trying to take this PC with me to India. Cutom Duty etc. Then i will have to definitely sell it. I barely play pc game. And for the moment no good pc games are coming. The console games sounds interesting. XBOX wins i get it But there are no good xbox exclusives

^ Well... You haven't said all that in OP

Besides I still hope you love yourself more than to handicap yourself limiting to consoles (because you won't be able to play anything decent on a laptop).
Why not selling thins PC in 2 years then. Or in a year at least... How can you be 100% sure that you won't have good PC games there... unless you're talking about new games only.

Sell only if you're 100% sure you'll have more PS3 stuff to entertain yourself by during those 2 years.

well all the new games like tr, AC will also come on ps3 so its a win win for me
The only thing holding me back is lifespan of ps3.

I would seriously be angry if ps3 gets replaced by end of this year.
Maybe next year end is ok

Add Heavenly Sword and Heavy Rain to your list and you're good to go!
