The thought had crossed my mind.
Justin could quite honestly make a lot more from this place than he is presently doing. And I respect him for the fact that he is not, for it would most likely make the experience in here a bit less fun. |

And then if you look here: It shows you how much you will make from whatever price you set. If it's too low, dA could definitely make more money than you. And of course, if it's too high, no one will buy it. |

Has Eidos seen this?
I expect they will buy it, then the forum will be restricted to "I heart Eidos" threads. |

You say you paid $30, have you made that much from sales? Actually, TRC and TRF cost more than the official Eidos and Tomb Raider sites and due to Eidos' current finance issues, I doubt that'd happen. |

^ Nope. I said I still haven't made that money back in the post you quoted.
Granted, I've only recently started to get back into the idea of selling prints. I'm certainly not popular enough or good enough to make a lot of money from my art or prints. Some people do say that dA is stealing money and whatnot, but you sign an agreement. If you're not comfortable with their terms, don't do it. It's become a business now so naturally their goal is to make a profit. |
