We'll get that but with other characters. "You don't know that you caused this Lara".

You are paranoid and a hater.

Boy that left a bad taste. Anything else I can do for you?

Re the OP, thanks for the post. I am getting a definite Witcher 3 vibe.

I don't understand why they punish themselves! For what? Just don't play the games spend your time on what you love! Isn't that good to do!

I agree with Witcher 3! I loved that game so much hope they are inspired or sort.

I'm glad that they're expanding on aspects that fell short in Rise. I hope Shadow lives up to the expectations I have because so far, it sounds amazing.

This sounds amazing I'm glad to hear they're scaling up the side quests and making them more involved. It should hopefully make things a bit less linear if they really commit to it.

They could even have some much bigger optional tombs if they wanted to.

Glad there won't be any fetch quests. Truth be told I didn't do any of the quests in Rise. Just didn't feel like doing them and I'm glad I didn't. I may try my hand at some of these quests if they are indeed going to be something different from

talk to npc
grab item
return to npc

or

talk to npc
kill target
return to npc

Hoping there is no returning to npc.

I really like the sound of this. Side quests can be a lot of fun if they're done right. The side quests in Rise were both tedious and unmemorable for the most part, aside from the optional tombs and crypts. I'm definitely looking forward to them in Shadow.

I think I read the other day that the optional Tombs are going to be waaay bigger and won’t be linear anymore. Like there will be multiple areas in the Tombs

It's probably very likely. It's not really paranoia though, just reaching well within the grasp of 'expectations'.
