Who is Ana?
I didn't catch if she was family or not. It looks to me like they're setting her up to be Natla.

Their setting her up to be Ana in Rise of The Tomb Raider. She was a partner at Croft Holdings and trusted by Richard to be Lara's parental guardian when he went on "business trips"

In the movie is not clear if she was Richard's partner. Lara refers to her as his daddy's employee.

I don't mean romantic partner. A partner at a company is like one of the top decision makers. And that can be derived from the fact she was interim CEO or managing director while Richard was missing until Lara finally signed the papers and just made her official executive officer.
