New moves in TR3? How come?

Contains completely new moves, like sprint jump, crawlspace roll, etc.
Does anybody know how this was achieved?

I'm guessing they swapped the sprint roll with a jump anim in wad merger. New animations don't always need scripts, if they use button combination's and state ids that are already recognized by the TR3 engine, and there is already a sprint and jump buttom combo and relevant state ids. They simply swapped the moves as far as I know.

I'm not sure how the crawlspace roll works, but the animation was created for TR3 but not used in TR3 or even TR4. All tr3 level files contain the move (you can check this in wadmerger), but it was never activated. I don't know for sure how they got it working, but it must use a state id.

Sprint to Crawlspace roll does work in TR4 if that's what you mean?
