Notification would be a good system, but not something really necessary.
A Like/Dislike system would get an extreme NO from me. Something like this has even trouble on rather calm and peacful forums...here it would become absolute madness. If anything i would go with a Like system only...but even that is uncertain. |

3rd party plugins rely on the content creator keeping them up to date and secure. That's not a risk that Justin is willing to take - a lot of 3rd party plugins open vulnerabilities or simply get abandoned, creating vulnerabilities as new security concerns arise.

A real request I'd have would be a dark theme? A darker one than the one we have, something like the new black youtube theme

Why can't we post links to videos on YouTube that contains swearing and adult humour? I would understand if it was on your page as an embedded video, but if it's a topic of interest to people, and just a standard link (with warning), then I think maybe it should be allowed.
You and the mods do your best to keep the forum as clean and productive as possible but c'mon... the newest Tomb Raider games are age 18 rated. Quote:
I was thinking about this, but it would get used against people who have unpopular opinions. People would compare likes, as if that means something. It's a rather shallow rating system, that comes down to a popularity contest. Last edited by Mickybyrne20; 19-10-17 at 16:25. |

In that case, providing only a hyperlink for such a video would do the trick for this forum perfectly well. You'd have to double-check whether that actually is the case and the embedded player does check for cookies or whatever, though... |

Responsive/mobile theme
I’m assuming this may have already been mentioned, but I find the forums difficult to use on my phone. Is there a hidden mobile theme in the settings that can be activated?
Or is the forum compatible with any apps, such as Tapatalk? |

And spoiler tags would be cool, highlighting white text doesn’t work on my phone. |

The newest version of V bulletin has notifications and a defualt mobile friendly theme.
This website that I visit has all of this. However it did have to go off line for about two weeks before it was able to update to the latest version. Look with your phone and you will see what I mean. https://boards.soapcentral.com |
