Thanks. Its definitely less hassle lighting rooms - though I am actually placing a lot more lights/shadow/effect bulbs.

AFAIK TR1 and 2 only used one flat ambient light for an entire room - only occasionally using bulbs? Am I correct?

I noticed sometimes stronger lights look odd on these older models - it looks more like TR3 (the way her meshes light up)
In TR1/2 her entire model was one solid shade and it wasn't realtime in terms of every polygon being lit individually.
This is really noticable when lighting a flare (which she doesn't have unless you DOZY cheat)

No, her model has always been affected by at least spot lights (TR1-3) and other room lights (TR4,5). The fact she appeared flat in some sections was due to how light was set up.

Huh, hadn’t seen that Beta before with English instructions rather than images of the lead turning to gold. Glad they changed that!
