Yep, I start tra.exe and I got message "d3d9_33.dll is missing",
so I renamed "d3d9.dll" to ""d3d9_33.dll", then started the game

2) Do you have a green (or red) message on the top-left of your screen when you start your game ?

Nope But it is in directory with tra.exe

3) If there two points are not wrong, then read readme_en.txt, maybe you will find the solution.

I do it, I find just activation hotkey...

Renaming d3d9.dll is not a good idea, because if a game fing d3d9.dll in the same folder than his executable, it will use it as a library. Here, d3d9.dll is a modified library of the windows d3d9.dll which is used only by the game (tomb raider). If you rename it, it is not the default library and it will not be called by the game (and it will used the windows default d3d9.dll)
Tomb Raider seems to use some functions of d3d9_33.dll when it calls the modified d3d9.dll. In my computer, the enb's d3d9.dll got all the functions calls to the game requirement's libraries, but maybe my game doesn't use d3d9_33.dll, maybe it uses another dx9 library.
My system is windows XP sp2 - directx9 - 7800GTX
So, after reflexion :

1) Maybe I don't have d3d9_33.dll, so :
a) have you got dx9 or dx10 ?
b) have you got xp or vista (or ...) ?

2) Maybe some functions called by the enb's d3d9.dll are not presents in your system, so :
a) is directx updated to the last version ?
b) same question with your graphic drivers.

The game calls d3d9.dll when communicating with the computer and d3d9.dll calls the latest d3d9_xx.dll lib.
If the file d3d9_33.dll is missing you have not an updated directx!.There are a lot of directx9c which is dated instead of an "updatenumberchange". DX9c seems to stopped at just dx9c but is still updated a few times. Simply update your directx to the latest and you'll be fine. I don't know but maybe d3d9_32.dll, d3d9_33.dll and d3d9_34.dll all belongs to "directx9c". Update is easiest done via windowsupdate. By updating you get all versions of the d3d9_xx.dll's up to date.

Personally i've never heard of enb before and got really curious! Now i'm off to try it with my polarized 3d-rig!!! This has got to be awesome!

cheers

Indeed, dx was not updated to the last version actually
I knew it ... ^^
dcw123, do the same thing, even if you got dx9.0c, it's not really the last version. Update with win update
