But I don't know any custom sounds to replace them with. The dog sounds wouldn't work. I would if I could.

I also must be careful not to overload the file size and cause crashes. TR1 level files doesn't leave much room to add or replace stuff.

it is working fine. the uzi sound volume likes softer [ bad englisch] , shooting with the schotgun is great, reload mutch faster than Original.

I'm currently replaying the whole game to ensure the game sounds correct. I know it won't crash though. After that, I'll release it.

Shotgun and reload sound has been sped up to match TR3s speed.

My computer is rubbish so I can't record videos at all. I barely have enough space either.

I know it's your word against mine, but trust me. It's sounds much better sound wise. If you want to try it, back up your level files and try out mine.

It won't affect your saves, it only alters the sounds.

PS. Everyone, I plan to make a download that contains the 100% save file for TombATI on it's own for those who want the save but not the mod. I'll get round to it soon.

Smile Release Notes

Updated to v1.01.
  • Fixes sound that occurs when the columns are raised in the spike room in Palace Midas as well as the same sound in City of Khamoon. The sound was supposed to sound like a quake but instead sounded like a click. I have reverted it back to the original sound.
Just download the updated level files and replace them. Your save won't be affected.

I've provided one download for existing users and one for new users.

Update while testing: After playing through Tomb of Tihocan, I had a surprise when I found Pierre's Dialogue still working. I'll check to see if this is the same in later levels. Even so, this means Pierre's dialogue can remain in the level. I didn't even notice any sounds removed from Tomb of Tihocan and all the new ones were there. The level I am concerned about is the Great Pyramid but I'm sure it's fine. I made sure the sounds removed wouldn't be or barely be noticeable.

EDIT: Added additional credits in first post to makers of the sounds used in my project.

Further Update while testing: I was right, Skateboard Man is also speaking, I have Natla's voice to check but I'm it's the same. This means voice clips aren't affected!

EDIT: Yep, no voice sounds affected! I removed this problem from the list of removed sounds in the first post!
