For the rolling pipe, I suggest using a rolling ball, texturing it invisible, and having the pipe in the animating slot. When you push the ball, trigger it with a heavy trigger so it triggers the animation of the pipe rolling.

Hope that made sense?

Then you can roll the pipe only once.
Lara should be able to roll it over and over again.

Oh that's very true. Maybe where it stops, have another rolling ball, so when you push it, it rolls again?

There's something I don't quite understand.
You made a stickman outfit, right?
That means you must have used Meta and STRPix.
Then how come you can't do any meshswapping?
Because as far as I can tell, that's all that needs to be done.

Put the slot this weapon is in in a new wad and also put the sixshooter-anim in there. Open the wad in STRPix and select the "hand + weapon" mesh from the list.
Export it.
Now go to the "hand + sixshooter" and import the "hand + weapon" over it, replacing the "hand + sixshooter".
Remap the vertices where the hand connects to the wrist and youré done.

Animations will still be those of the sixshooter though...

Well, with the outfit, I didn't use skin joints, coz' they're too hard for me...
Why? Because whenever I try to remap any vertices, the mesh just gets all screwed
up, and I hate that! Oh well... I guess I'll do it myself, then...
