Dusan, this is a great program. Here are my ideas for new features:
It would be nice to be able to move the bones as well as rotate them. I'm sure there are some bones that don't turn, especially on the face. Sure, it might mean some weird effects if we move the leg forward or something, but there still might be situations where it comes in handy. I'd like to be able to lock the camera. I'd like it if the .pose files were a bit more transferrable. Let's say I put Lara in a pose, and then I want to recreate that pose with the Doppelganger. At the moment there's no way to do it, through saving and loading a pose, because the bones aren't the same. But the fact is, they both have "arm left shoulder 1" bones, and so on. It would be good if the pose file included the name of the bone against each setting, and then when you try and load a pose for a different character, it could say "Pose was saved for a different character. Try anyway?". Then, if you say yes, it could find the bones that the models do have in common, and set them accordingly. This would mean that most basic poses could be transferred between characters. Keep up the good work! |
