Obviously, then, I say -- if you want to buy the same game several times for different platforms, go for it. I own each TR game at least two different platforms, and many of the older games I have on STEAM, I have physical copies of too. Last edited by tomblover; 16-03-18 at 02:04. |

I have three copies of REmake, aiming for four with that PS4 Origins collection. And RE4 for four different systems.
Yeah not crazy at all. |

No.. I buy games over and over if I REALLY like it.
I bought Legend for nearly every platform it was released on LOL TRA I owned on PSP, 360 and Wii (due to exclusive stuff in each) Classic TRs on PC had the extra GOLD stuff - but I always owned the originals on PSX first |

At this point I've bought Tomb Raider 2 on exactly four platforms (Windows, Mac OS 9, Mac OS X, iOS). I could definitely imagine buying it again if they released e.g. a version for Apple TV or Apple Watch. And if I had either of these devices.
(I actually bought the OS 9 version twice, once individually and once as part of a collection. But that's a distinct issue.) There are also other games I bought on multiple platforms, many of them Tomb Raider ones, and there has never been a case where I regretted this. If you have a good reason (by your standards, doesn't matter what anyone else thinks), then there's nothing wrong with buying on multiple platforms. One for mobile, one for desktop is one such good reason. |

I've never done this I don't think, but I'm not opposed to the idea.

I don't think I have, but I'm considering it for TRU because Michael took my Xbox 360 away.
Douglas own every version of a Kingdom Hearts game there is. He's always like "Now I need to buy version 1.846 that I have in Japanese in English because even though they weren't releasing here, now they are. Also, box art." |

I have, in the past, bought PC and console versions of the same game. With cross platform versions becoming more common I suspect that might have an impact on my buying habits.
