Eidos Montreal?
Anybody else feel like that this could've been the reason Deus Ex: Mankind Divided ended up unfinished? At first I was wondering why they'd be such a drop in terms of coherency over Human Revolution, but if Square-Enix of Europe randomly just dropped this project on their heads whilst they were working on Deus Ex's sequel then it all makes sense to why that game came out as it did. Wouldn't be the first nor last dumb decision made bby the European faction of the publisher case in point Hitman's always online BS as well as episodic model.

I thought Deus Ex: Mankind Divided was ruined because Square Enix were greedy and cut half of the game out to sell as DLC?
