You're not a fan of Steam?

I believe it was already confirmed that the Americas would get a download version of the game for PC, which is why I preordered mine from the UK, they are getting a physical copy.

Exactly. So, for those of us who want the dvd version, just order it from http://www.amazon.co.uk/Square-Enix-...8471867&sr=8-6

This is actually cheaper then the American download! Of course a bit more on shipping.

I've actually never ordered anything from Amazon UK before, but that looks like a great deal on the collector's edition! Are you sure they ship to the US? And will the price automatically get converted to dollars when they charge my credit card?

http://www.amazon.co.uk/Tomb-Raider-...8477814&sr=1-1

Questions...

1) Is this the official Amazon seller?
2) What are Amazon like on delivery, I've known to pre-order something off non-gaming sites and they come after the official release date?
3) Do they take the money straight away or only when released?

it's cheaper on here, so I have to ask if I can save myself like £18.

1) I'm pretty sure it is It's the UK version of the site.

2) I tried pre-ordering it and it says it will arrive between March 11-15th. I'm a little worried though because the "learn more" link about the delivery options seems to say that they don't ship videogames to the US, but the order went through without any error messages so I'm not sure what to think

3) They charge the money when they actually ship the item

Thank you

Mm, I'd be a little concerned too I just need someone from the UK now to tell me what there's said...as the US would take longer by default I'm guessing.

Will pc version release on retail in Europe? I think the reason that in some countries it will be digital only is because nowdays most of the pc games sales are coming from Steam and other digital distributors and not retail.

I ordered from amazon uk to get the physical pc version. While I am a fan of steam, my internet is nowhere near fast enough to download modern games which nowadays are over 10 gigs. I also value the physical box/disk when I'm laying down money...
