I also have the same problem DJ Full is talking about and it is quite nasty.
Could it have something to do with what kind of Windows one is using?
I am still on my old trusted XP.

Means this is most likely a TRNG issue.

Has anyone tried checking if it manifests in older TRNG versions? Maybe first by running the game with the older 1.7 version exe?

I've tried to reproduce the fps drop in one of my own wip levels, but it didn't happen. Loaded a lot of times, but no fps drop.

And I'm using the latest TGNG update and I have AkyV's plugin installed.

I have not yet tried to reproduce it with Sabatu's game.

^Not really. It happens around 20-23 loads. This is a reasonable amount for 20-30 minutes of playing a level.

A callback that works DURING the loading procedures, would be great. Even with flags to identify the details.

I played Sabatu's level and had the lag problem... multiple times
On my level(using latest TRNG but with 1.2.2.7 .exe) nothing happened

With "latest TRNG" I'm assuming you have 1.3.0.7. Right?


I still haven't had the issue with my own level, but I did run into it in Sabatu's game.

I'm also using the 1.2.2.7+ tomb4.exe, patched with FLEP. TRNG version 1.3.0.7.

Judging from the size, Sabatu is also using a FLEP-patched tomb4.exe?
TRNG version is 1.3.0.0.


**** EDIT ****

I've replaced the Tomb_NextGeneration.dll in Sabatu's game with the one from my own game (1.3.0.7) and I have not been able to reproduce the lagging yet.
Could someone else also try this and see what happens?
