Hi dudes!
I've the Steam version of TRA. However, when I try to launch the Texmod.exe APP, this show me that it failed to find the steam. Any way to run this great MOD on Steam versions? Please! Halp! |

What you have to do is copy the Texmod exe into the game's folder (the game folder is probably at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\tomb raider anniversary). Then rename tra.exe to something else, and rename Texmod to tra.exe. That way when you start the game in Steam it will open Texmod.

TR is Steam exclusive Steamware basically. And this occurs for almost games from Steam. Anyway, I've tested the steps that you comment, and no, is not working. |

If I remember correctly these are the usual steps to get TexMod to work for games using Steam. What happens when you do this?

Maybe the two last games (TR2013 and ROTTR) need Steam even with a disc version, I don't know about them (and even there, you can have them on the Windows Store which is independent from Steam), but older games have never required Steam. Unless, obviously, if you've bought them on Steam. Last edited by Joey79100; 08-05-17 at 13:40. |
