Are you trynna but the UV on the image? Check your image dimensions, and the second number eg 1024x1024, thats the one you need, select the UV with A, use G, Y then press -1024 or 1024, depends on which one makes the UV move down ;D If it goes up click the RMB and it will return to its original place

Are you trying to bake lightmaps or something? You dont need to have the UV exactly on the image, its fine like that, but it needs to be on the image for lightmaps Ill see what I can do to explain it to ya ;D |

Roll over your mouse cursor on the UV editing screen. Press A to select whole UV map (UV should turn yellow). Press G to grab (S is size, R is rotate). Press Y to grab on the Y axis. Press - (minus, it's more comfortable on the numpad) to move down on that axis. Then finally type the number which is a distance you want to move your UV on, this number is usually the same as your texture's height in pixels (Y) or width (X). As you input things, the header bar in the middle should show/hint what you're typing in. Last edited by Goha; 21-04-12 at 20:50. Reason: spelling xD |

It worked well I simply drag the uvs down on the right place and not the lightmap renders without problems. But the bake process it's sooo slow O__o
