Transfer Relic Run to new phone
Okay So I have seen this issue with a lot of people. Since Relic Run is one of a few games they do not have cloud/google save. When you connect your google or facebook accounts your game does not transfer over. Well not to fear folks I got a fix for you! I don't know how many of you guys know how to do this, I figured it out because I had to get a new phone but had made so much progress, I didn't want to lose my stuff. So heres how you do it if you don't already know.
This is for Android phones, I am not sure if you can do it on Iphones. 1) Attach your phone to your PC via USB 2) Go into "My Computer" (This PC on win10) 3) Under devices and drivers select your phone 4) Go into the internal hard drive. 5) Find the Android file and open it 6) Open Data file and locate the "com.squareenix.relicrun" 7) Copy the "com.squareenix.relicrun" file onto your desktop 8) Plug your new phone via USB to the pc. 9) Follow steps 2-7 but this time copy the file into the Data folder. This takes a bit of time to transfer, make sure you have the game closed. Clear it from your recent apps and give it a few seconds. When you reopen it, your saved progress should be restored. If it does not work, try recopying it a couple times and waiting a bit. ENJOY! |

No problem, I figured this would be useful, as I spent a bit of money on this game myself. I've had to factory reset my phone a few times and well I didn't want to lose my stuff. So I figured this out and I thought I would share so every one else won't have to lose their files.

It's been months I played this but I looked for the same solution. I think there's only 1 file in there named like "gameprogress.sav" that needs to be copy & pasted into the same location and it did the trick for me. So you don't need to actually wait for all of those files. I guess they are just cache files or something.
