Are they not referring to the red circle?
I don't think its anything new, just one of the side rooms. Although I could be wrong, I don't know remember the layout of the original at all.

Ah memories - I forgot how exhausting they made it look for Lara when she had to push concrete blocks in the core games. Even though it was slower than CD Lara, I don't think I ever felt bored pushing those blocks - just exhausted and totally absorbed "in the moment".

I don't think I ever felt like that in the CD games. All the blocks skidded and swerved rapidly with a certain ease.

Like as if the CD block was...

...Smothered in oil

...On wheels

...On a layer of ball bearings

...Across a sheet of ice

Oh c'mon, I actually enjoyed that game in my dream. As opposed to TRL in real life.

Block pushing is horribly tedious in the classics.

Ok seriously, I know the trend is to say the classics are always better but the block pushing was anything but fun. Ill take the oil blocks over those concrete things any day.

I find the oil blocks very hard to steer XD I'd prefer the classic-style except faster. Or maybe the new style would be easier to control if Lara could only twist the block while it's stationary and then once it actually starts moving it goes in a straight line.

I think it should be as fast as in Legend but, like Ward Dragon has suggested, you should only be able to push into one direction at a time. If you want to turn the crate, you should have to stop pushing it.

I love how we're discussing Core's version to this day

The chances that it'll get released in any way, shape or form are slimmer and slimmer with every day but we're still here, trying to find new things. I wish someone would just leak what they got, be it unfinished built of the game or at least models etc. it's not like it has never happened before.
