PSP version
Has anyone tried it yet? I did a few days ago and I have to say, it's not very bad! I was pretty impressed considering how simple and dull most of PSP games use to be.

I love it, my first Tomb Raider was actually the PSP version of Anniversary. Not that it's any different from other consoles, though, apart from a couple costumes.

I love it for the 3 exclusive outfits! the TR3 Antartica and AOD Camo Shorts outfits are the best!

I really liked it. Loved the new outfits. I especially loved how you control the camera using the shoulder buttons. Made it so much more comfortable, unlike the PSP version of Legend. In TRL, you couldn't move Lara and control the camera at the same time because it required you to hold the square button and use the analog stick. Incredibly uncomfortable. I wonder who's bright idea that was? Buzz Monkey, probably, lol. Glad they fixed it in TRA. The only negative about this version, imo, is the longer corridors. Well, better that than in-level loading screens, I guess.

I played the PSP version. I enjoyed it so much when i was returning home from university. It's much better than Legend's PSP version.

The psp version of Anniversary was ridiculously well done. Great framerate, controls, graphics, etc. The port was virtually flawless. Hell I was impressed with legend so when they put this on psp I was blown away

I was just thinking now that I finally got around to picking up a psp, maybe I should grab this as well? I'm having a difficult time trying to recall what the gameplay extras were.

Yes!!!
It's got everything the PS2 version has WITH extra costumes!
You should definitely get it! P.S. I agree about Legend by the way, avoid the PSP version at all costs, it has a terrible framerate and it is the only TR game i've ever sold so I got The Tomb Raider Trilogy instead. Last edited by annl; 22-07-12 at 11:37. |
