Well... after 5 weeks off work with stress (thanks to one bullying collegue) I had my first day back yesterday.
For some dumb reason, they had her on the same shift - and she had a go at me again... right in front of customers and other co-workers. Nobody even stood up for me. So now I'm back to square one. I don't even want to go back.. but if I quit - then she wins, right? Its just not worth the stress tbqh I have never known a work place that bad in my life! Mainly due to bad management.. All I can do is put in another formal complaint against it all but its just so stressful Last edited by dcw123; 08-06-17 at 07:33. |

I'm feeling a lot better. I just recently commissioned one of my favorite artists to draw one of my characters and I'm super excited!! And the artist is super nice too!

@dcw123
that must be horrible. at least when things get ****ed up at school, I can always transfer to another one. I've always suffered "soft" bullying which makes me get crazy sometimes and do **** lol the problem is that you're considering quitting your job because of this.. kind of childish having adults doing this... you have all the rights to sue the place you're working at.. but I'd be worried where I would go work after that.. considering my country has high number of unemployment |

It can be difficult to sue if you haven't first exhausted the procedures your employer has in place for things like this... Do you have union representation? |

he's got a point. I think you should make a complain to your superior/boss. sueing may be the most extreme so you should start with the "lower" way outs
