Mizuno, how tall are you? like the others have said, it might be as bad as you might think and you might in fact not have to lose much fat. Also, I'd advise that you completely avoid diets. My advice to anyone would be eat a balanced diet - that includes the odd treat like cake and chocolate. I find just eating natural foods and staying away from the artificial stuff can do you a lot of good. Don't know what else to say really, I'd consult your GP before embraking on any change in diet of weight though especially considering your medical history.

Talk to your doctor first... you say you had anorexia before; what everyone in this topic seems to be ignoring is the possibility that you are falling into the old habit of thinking you are fat. None of us here know the truth so, if you're asking for help, I'm saying: TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR!

^ I did actually say that because Mizuno has suffered from Anorexia, it would be best to visit the doctor

I used to be very over weight, so overweight I was at risk for a heart attack, but I went to the gym every day and changed my eating habbits forever.

I'm actually quite skinny and really don't like it. I wanna put on weight but, burn it off in muscles and tone my body into a good shape. I know, this is your thread but, I could do with help.
