Most of Africa, the Middle East and parts of Asia it's a criminal act. I'm not surprised.
Western countries really don't have much influence in Sub-Saharan Africa, so I don't think the US could do anything. |

This entire thing started by American Evangelists promoting 'gay can change' in Uganda, so if we can 'casue damage, we can revert it.

They definitely made it worse. Let's not pretend Uganda was gay friendly or anything before that, but it was after American Evangelists went there and promoted the idea homosexuality can be changed etc. that this entire 'kill the gays' bill started.
