Calling people TR Fanboys is not saying its better. What he said was actually completely true. Does that make me an AC fan boy and saying it's so much better than TR? xD
Is sense some mock in this Reply lol anyway back to the point I don't call assasin's creed fan boy to anyone unless I know they are and He is an AC Fan as well as a TR Fan. he can be both.

The weather system, the tomahawk, bow and arrow, rope dart, the season system, dual pistols/weapons, tree climbing, war battles (I think it has those?), new stealth maneuvers/animations, etc.

The new setting and character, which was so dead with Ezio and Italy, is completely different. A whole new continent, time era, more detailed NPC behaviors and all that.

It's not like as copy and pasted that Brotherhood seemed to ACII.
Wow that sounds like a lot of changes for ACIII...... I guess Tomb Raider did not change anything at all compared to ACIII. Come on, TR changed just as many things in the game as ACIII, maybe more.

What's with the stupid smiley for? larafan25 said that ACIII looks like ACI, which is why I responded in the way that I did. This is a TR forum, we all know how much TR has changed since the last installment, he just made a comment on AC looking the same, that I stepped in and explained how his comment was not accurate. Especially since he has not played any AC game before.

Unless your remark has an undertone of animosity towards AC getting ranked #1 over TR; people shouldn't be getting butt hurt because of the praise ACIII gets over TR.

Actually I've played AC1 yall, and a bit of AC Brotherhood.

It just doesn't look like such a giant change from the first AC game to me. Though I wasn't too invested in what was happening with the later installements, they seemed to pick up more interesting mechanics, and looking at the one or two videos I've seen of AC3, based only on what I know, it doesn't look too different.

Oh, I thought you said you never played them.

What do you mean when you say that it doesn't look too different? Like, the way it actually looks, or that it's gameplay does not seem different, as in, it has not evolved?

The differences to me don't seem as grand as we make the changes out to be with TR. If that makes sense.

To me, that series looks like it's evolving and changing in a positive way, a way that from my perspective looks consistent and progressive. Whereas with TR it's like we've been flung back and forth each game with random-ass big changes.

Assassin's Creed as far as I know it is climbing around old cities and assassinating people, and that looks quite the same in AC3, but with the addition of using the natural environments as a playground as well.

OIC. When I first said what I said, I was not speaking in regards to AC evolving more than TR. Each game in LAU seemed like they were from different franchises, even more so with the new TR. AC, I agree, does seem the same, just with shiny new graphics and many new mechanics.

Not that that is bad, since TR1-LR all seemed like they were the same thing, just with some minor changes. Although, that's another discussion.

Right now I'm in a place where I'd prefer smaller changes.

I feel like we've got something very new right now, and it will need to be perfected in the sequel. But once they have it right, I don't want them to go and change it all up again.
