Default REALLY ANNOYING PS4 Error!

Is anybody else getting this ****? I've only been getting it on my new PS4 Slim, and only with this game.

I assume you already checked your disk for scratches, did you? Maybe the drive of your new box is more sensitive than the old one? Worst case is of course that your drive might be damaged, but that would be really bad.

Anyway, I haven't seen that (kind of) error before on my box - then again, I don't have a PS4 slim ...

Maybe someone else with that box can help you out...

Yup. No scratches. I'm very careful with my discs and cases haha.
The only one I've accidentally dropped was Rise and it still works perfectly. They all do, it's just the DE
