Thanks everyone, I was aiming for it to be scary.. I'm aiming for somekind of tense atmosphere that something is constantly keeping an eye on you and is ready to strike at any given moment. Of course, it will happen few times but I don't want to reveal too much so it won't lose it's ..... horrific qualities
Anyway, there's skeletons on the walls, skulls on the floor, blood on walls etc.... They all add to it, and the background music, oh jesus.. I'm the builder of the level and still exploring the level makes shivers go by Talk about weird, but I hope it won't disappoint like my other levels |

sakkemix - i don't think any of your levels were crappy, you just took a long break from trle and need to get used to it again, those screenshots look great

Screenie from the first level of my summer holiday project! 95% finished. The first level is a slight update of the TR3 manor but you visit the same rooms as you did in TR1's manor. (So not many!) Basically the story of this level is before the sets off on her adventure she has to find her front door key and get past a big surprise! (Oh and its classic quality for a reason. I'm trying to do a TR4 inspired levelset. ) |

Very nice screenshot, Mystery-King! It's very well textured and the story sounds interesting.
Here's a screen of mine (nothing special, just to say I'm alive and I've continued building yesterday since 4 months xD) Don't mind the ceiling, it's supposed to be a glas ceiling... but the glas texture is missing.. lol I'll think of something |
