Question Angel of Darkness Official Companion?

Hey everyone

I was flipping through my copy of 20 Years of Tomb Raider and came across the blurb about AoD's official companion book!

I was totally unaware of it (assuming it was just another version the strategy guide because it uses the exact same publicity photo for the cover that every AoD release had ) and the book mentions it's quite rare!

As a die-hard AoD supporter I've been looking for it.. Amazon, Ebay, online bookstores.. nobody seems to have it

Anyone have any idea how I could get my hands on such a sweet relic?
Does anyone own it and can comment on it's quality?

I'd imagine it wouldn't come cheap but there are few things I love collecting as much as classic/AoD Tomb Raider literature

I have the Angel of Darkness companion on my bookshelf and yes I would say it's contents are rather interesting! (I was gonna take one picture on my phone but got carried away )

Believe it or not I got it for a whopping 4.98 on Amazon in 2012 where I believe they were selling quite a few and am surprised there that rare now. All I could recommend is watch eBay. The Japanese art book was another thing that was readily available but is now quite rare and I didn't get one at the time

Whoops, silly me
I mostly use my phone for the Internet so sometimes the applications aren't as easy to open

Those photos are amazing!
I want the book even more now
Let me know if you're ever selling yours, ok?

I have it too, I bought it in 2007 if my memory serves me. At that time it was already very rare.

But very rare doesn't always mean expansive so with patience you'll found one at a reasonnable price ! It's a very pretty book, with a lot of informations !

It's not really book actually it's a magazine I think, so that's why it became very rare I think.

I have it and I think that I didn't pay that much. But don't ask when I got it, I can't really remember. Maybe in 2010 or 2011, but I'm not sure.

Anyway, the book is great and one of the best sources for information about the development of AoD and the classic TR games and the history of Core Design. I think that Meagan used a lot of that info for her 20 Years of TR book.
