I'm much of a lazy fatso to join the movement (actual shame on me ), but you guys also have Alicia Vikander's workout for the movie. She as well was absolutely ripped!

The ammount on the weight of each machine varies every time, depending on how much I wanna work out. Plus, every time I finish I have to run for 10 min on a slow pace. Also, this is set to be an introduction routine. Next day my personal trainer will change it to gain muscle tonification, this was to set the body proper for that

What a nice idea! I lost a lot of weight recently, so i think that i need to bulid my muscles (because technically i don't have them xD) and Lara's new look would be great motivator

This is such a nice idea, Mel.

I've been on my own fitness journey for a year and a half now. I've always been slim, but I've wanted to improve my strength and stamina. I do martial arts and general gym/toning stuff, but Lara's arms have definitely made me want to start lifting and working on upper body strength again. Recently I've been trying to face my hatred of burpees, which I hate, but it's going pretty well.
