Default Help please! Which one is worth buying?

Hello guys, I need you to help me.
A lot of you have so many TR action figures, but there are not too many available in my country. And if they are, there's only Anniversary, Legend and SOMEWHERE even Underworld one, but their prices are not very low.
So I spent a day searching figures on ebay. I found this beautiful Sola wetsuit figure for very good price. Picture:

But according to it's description, it has been sitting on display for several years and I wonder how I'll get it, when it has no packaging. And I'm a bit confused about the way it stands - too much to the right? Isn't that wrong or I can easily get it to normal pose?

And then there is the Legend one. The price is about 5$ higher than the Sola wetsuit one, but it's new and not opened. It also has a lot of accessories and I guess it's more movable than the wetsuit one. But it's not that pretty... isn't it?

If you have one (or both) of those, can you tell me which one is worth buying? This is the first time I'm buying something from the other side of the world, so I hope it's worth it.

Thanks for help!

The Sola one looks better, I spose the reason why she is to the right is because it's trying to give you that 'you're on a boat / ship feel" (meaning it's moving). But if the Legend one is new, I'd go for that. More accessories is good, and the fact that it's still sealed / untouched in the box.

^^ No, that's not that big one. It's 7 inches tall. If that would be the big one, I would buy it right now.

Phoebe_Croft > Thanks for answer, true about the box..

EDIT: Underworld figure has only pistols as accessories?

Sola, definitely. Then you won't have bought a model that looks like Pete Burns.
