This is probably is well-known but I only recently revealed how to make specific sounds when walking over trapdoors:
1. Toggle any transparency at the vertical portal where the door is
2. Texture the portal with texture with proper texture sounds
3. Toggle transparency off.
Now the closed trapdoor will inherit the sounds from the texture applied to vertical portal, no matter if it visible or not.

Wow. That's actually a really handy trick.

I recently realised there was a "rotate object" button. For like 10 years I've been manually clicking each object which can take ages.

I remember it took me a while to find out that you don't need to adjust each value in colour fields separately, you can have them change together So I feel you

Blades. There are so many razor-sharp traps in the original TR4 and so few are re-used (or re-imagined) in current levels.
They are quite handy as they don't usually kill you on the spot and can be quite tricky to pass through or can even shock the player if carefully placed.

Hmmm I might as well just use this idea for my next level. Thanks in advance.

You mean Flip Palette colors?

---------------------------------------

Two tiny additional TRNG features directly about the game

- Hit F3 - a screenshot of the game will be presented in Level Editor main folder.
- You can change the usual Tomb4.exe icon with NG Center/Tools/Icon Replacer.

Press and hold CTRL + ALT when clicking one value, and the others will follow.
This works as well if all the values are different.

The bodybag trigger was once used to delete unwanted objects flagged "clear body" from the level. It's gone now because no one knew what it did.
