Already checked those, but the 'click corners to create' doesn't work. Or better, it works, but it doesn't select the Corner of the square :/

Easier way to make a tile/face like that is to use the Primitive feature.
And only use this method to fill holes with faces.

As for the "select 4 points" parts, you simply have to click.

I know I have to click, but it isn't precise. One gets longer/shorter than the other.

Just stick with the Primitive function, it can create a simple square face. The create face function is more useful when there are already existing vertices and you want to make a face using them.
And if you want to use the Create face in the empty you can still re-write the coordinate afterwards.

I'm still stuck....
5 tutorials, all different
Some options don't exist either
Creating objects without an up to date working tutorial is so hard

I just tried to make 128x128x128 as suggested from a person but it doesn't fit the squares???

EDIT: Oh and everything gets by half under the grid, is it normal?

Yes it's normal. Metasequoia creates primitive in the middle of the "floor" by default.
But the "floor" is the same elevation as in editor so raise the object to stand on it.

Just use 128x128x128 is 1/8 square x 1/8 square x 1/8 square.
Just use the up-to-date StrPix import-export option, it has no scaling.
All remarks you can find about multiply/divide/swapYZ and .dxf are obsolete.

I'm not sure but there should be an option to change the grid size in Meta if it doesn't match the 1024 units size?
