so guys , how much did it take you to finish TR4 on your first playthrough ? it took me a
year or so Because it was the first TR game I played and I completely refused to use a walkthrough (save for 2 points in the game ) .

Like 8 months. I finished it with less than a quarter of the multiple secrets. Core made an effort to keep those really hidden And of course, some of the puzzles were nightmarish in difficulty, so it wasn't long before I started to look for walkthroughs xD

Exactly! It seems never-ending, and there were parts I didn't like that much, but it's a magical experience, and even more for those who love Egypt and its history and culture.

Can't recall how much it took me. My first TR was TRIII and I was 5 the first time I played it, so I had some practice. But TRIV's puzzles were

I'd say it's between Alexandria and Giza, the too shiniest gems in the game. Yours?

I can't help it, I love Angkor Wat. And lately I've appreciated more the Cairo section, starting from the City of dead. Yes, I'm crazy

Angkor Wat, a place I'd love to visit in real life, is superb, despite being a mere tutorial.

Now, Cairo... love-hate situation with it tbh. I must say I looooove City of the Dead, Trenches and Citadel.

My favorite section is the entire game <3

Seriously , I love all the levels almost the same But my dearest is the Alexandria hub and all of its surroundings : the beach , the city , the underground catacombs , the sunken temple , the lost library and Cleo's palaces . To me , these are the peak and epitome of the Tomb Raiding experience that no any game in the franchise would ever beat .

I've started warming to the Cairo levels (mainly because I know what to do now). They're still my least favorite part of the game but they're so creepy and dark, it's very atmospheric.
