Default LC: Relic Run and LC GO Sudden progress loss

So yesterday I was playing LC: Relic Run on my Windows Phone and then I paused for a long time because I was eating and when I came back(maybe an hour later) I booted up Relic Run again and I got a message about crash data. It asked if it should send a message about it to the developer and I said yes. When the game loaded I got a message saying that that the game was unable to load my progress. I was on level 1 again.

Oh yeah, and I lost all of my progress on Lara Croft GO too. I think I can fix that; I probably just need to sign in again.

Any help on the Relic Run issue?

windows has a lot of issues to begin with as a mobile os. ios and android are both far ahead in optimisation for games.

Windows Phone 640 LTE. However, now I've gotten rid of the game after talking to the support team. They said that since I wasn't logged into Facebook, my data was basically gone forever.
