Dusan, would you mind compiling one for x64 comps? Right now it only works on x86 machines.

Yes, this will work on 32-bit windows. This will not work on 64-bit windows.

Ask 3Ds_MAX was requiered to lounch this app's or semething else like that ???

I made a new build that should now be compatible also with 64bit Windows. Try it and let me know.

You need to install Microsoft .NET and XNA frameworks in order to run the application. See the (newly added) links in my very first post.
If you have 64bit Windows then re-download my program again, it should now be compatible even with 64bit Windows.

No, unfortunately this is not possible... we would need to know the full specification of the data file format.
