^^ That is a very nice drawing, Daring Do. Reminds me of some of the caricatures they used to publish in magazines once upon a time.

You should try drawing some of the characters from the TR world in this style. I bet you could do a great job on Winston.

The tonality and realism are very profound your blends and your execution is so fresh. I am a huge fan of your stylizations.

I also love the depth in the face, the texture also is so great it makes the piece have a such a great creativity and flow.

Who was your main inspiration for this portrait I would love to know how you come up with this amazing style, is that's okay?
Aww, thank you so much! That honestly mean so much.

My inspiration? Well, it's a self portrait so I guess myself

Wow, I didn't know you looked at my drawings. Thanks! Never thought of drawing characters in charcoal. Might have to try that out!

A couple of new doodles

Been playing Sonic Unleashed and wanted to try out drawing the "werehog". It's an alright game so far.

Ballora the ballerina doodle. Made it into an avatar because I quite like how it turned out.

I like to browse through the art people post here. We've got some talented artists who like Tomb Raider.

The style of your self portrait reminds me of the old Punch caricatures from long ago. Very neat.

I don't know if you are planning on a career as a cartoonist, but if you continue to develop your style I think you'd be good at it.

You should try doing a political cartoon or two and send them in to some newspapers, just to see how they like your work.

Thanks, man.

I'm right now working on my degree in animation, but being a cartoonist is a good backup plan. I'm not fond of political cartoons but comic strips don't sound too bad.

Here's a Sam doodle. She's actually really fun to draw. Her design is so simple that you don't really need reference to draw her except maybe once to remember the color of her pants. I like drawing her hair too, it's different but not too far off from the hair I usually draw. Kind of interesting how muted her color palette is. Between her and Lara, Sam is the extrovert yet Lara has the more popping colors with her red climbing axe, blue tank top, yellow walkie talkie, and green necklace. Sam's got nothing but earth tones. Probably so that Lara stands out the most because she's the main character. But still, I would think that Sam would have some kind of pop of color in her wardrobe to match the character more and to have more emphasis since she is important to the story. Heck, Jonah stands out more with his red top. Now I'm just rambling at this point, it's 1am and I'm tired. But I'm still happy with drawing Sam because she's cute.

Is that dinosaur supposed to be a particular character or is it your own creation? It kind of reminds me of an argonian avatar from Skyrim

Anyway, great drawings, as usual!

Thank you!!! And you're right, it is an argonian! More specifically my argonian character. She's going to be crying to Lydia about something. I've been playing Skyrim again recently because I got the PS4 version. That game is still amazing.
