The glowing red traps thing was a bit much, I hated that during my first playthrouh of Rise. My other playthoughs I just would avoid that tomb, which is sad because I really enjoy it

I don't really like SI, but if they keep it like in RotTR, where you could not only never use it, but pretty much disable it, I'm okay with that.

SI didn't seem as bad in the reboot than in Rise

Not sure if I'm following, but after I disabled every SI-related options, I couldn't even use it. HUD warnings to use it would still appear, but even if I pressed the SI button, nothing would appear. So, if it's like that, I'm fine.

But the warnings are a different problem, unrelated to SI. And I would personally get rid of them. Or at least make them optional.

You know what? CD, bring back the "Player Tailoring" options from TRU and let them be used for tuning or enable/disable everything: SI, HUD warnings, white ledges/walls/ropes (since they are apparently only an over-layered texture), regen health, enemy health/damage, you name it. Have difficulty settings be just some PT settings, but let us tune them as we want. You've done it in TRU, we loved it, and we want it back!

When I disabled the SI in Rise, nothing was highlited, not even the traps after that tomb skill. I only played the ps4 version though.

SI doesn't bother me anymore, there are far worse things in the game, that some people already mentioned, that I hope they get rid of it.
