I installed it & it said to either restart my computer NOW or LATER & I did Immidetly

Was anything suppose to happen after?

I'm on a different computer right now updating.

So everything was fine but as soon as a I went on youtube it froze on me

& whenever I turn on my computer to log (before i even get to log in) this comes up

(Like yesterday)

Boot from Windows Installation CD, run Recovery Console. Use
fixboot
fixmbr
commands.

TBH I'd rather format the HDD and performed a Clean OS installation.

If the problem remains, then you need to think about HDD replacement.

Well...now its back to normal again.

& once it gets back on the screen I will follow your instructions

Boot that laptop from Windows Installation Disc, format everything and perform Clean Windows install.

If the problem remains after that, then you need to change the HDD.

I don't have the CD you speak of

But I took out my hard-drive? (then put it back in) & I finally got into the log in sign & now I can at least log on.

I have no Idea how to do anything If I don't have that CD
