I'm quite surprised Square-Enix didn't put Thief 4 on their game list. Especially, with how highly-regarded the previous Thief games were(and still are.) Just a gameplay demo or even a trailer would be nice. So all us Thief fans will get an understanding, of where this will take the series, from here.

Unfortunately, I think this might be one of the reasons Eidos Montreal are taking so long to make Thief 4

Oh well, at least I've still got other games to look forward to at E3

Sony: “No news” on E3 showing for The Last Guardian

Quote:
Sony has refused to clarify if The Last Guardian is to make an appearance at E3 next month.

It confirmed in a statement it was continuing work on the Team ICO game, which has been dogged by delays and departures of senior devs from the developer, including boss Fumito Ueda.

But it added it couldn’t confirm an appearance in Los Angeles in three weeks.

“The Last Guardian continues to be developed, however we have no news to share at this time with regard to the franchise and E3.” it said, tweeted out by Game Informer’s news editor Jim Reilly.

Guardian was unveiled at Sony’s E3 2009 press conference, but has only made two trade appearances since then, both at Tokyo Game Show in 2009 and 2010.

The game hasn’t been seen since early 2011 when previews came out around the time of the Vita unveil last January. Sony WWS head Shuhei Yoshida has confirmed Sony Santa Monica, among others, are now helping to finish development on the game.

Right... no news. Probably would be a "surprise" if they decided to unveil it there.

He doesn't say that there will be no news about TLG in E3.
Also Ueda didn't leave Sony,he still works for them as a freelancer.

^ Well, yes. He did leave. Working for them as a freelancer after having been properly employed by them means he left. Strictly speaking he left and is working for them again, under a better contract for him.

If i have a contract to work on something at your house, and then we change the contract to me being a freelancer but i'm still continuing working at your house then it doesn't mean i "left" or that i'll never work at your house again.
It only means that from now on i have the freedom to work at other houses as well. But regardless i'd still have to complete whatever work i agreed to do with you in the first place.

Divinity devs tease E3 reveal with unrevealing video

Quote:
Divinity developers Larian Studios will show off its new, secret title at E3 this year, and to get you salivating for it, the studio has released a teaser video. It mainly shows the developers discussing the game with one another in meetings and brainstorming sessions, but you can’t hear what they are saying. At one point, you can see character art on the wall which look a bit fantasy-ish. It’s hard to tell really. Maybe it’s a new Divinity title. Maybe not. We’ll all find out next month.
