The ladder animations are only dummy animations, so the main goal was to make them work, absolutely not to make them look good for now. By the way, it has been made entirely by Krystian. However I've started working on making AOD version, it's just not finished, I'll post a video some time soon.

Polishing is needed too. It is based on Symsi's work for now but will be changed in the future.

O.M.G this project is real (not just a urban legend here in TRF ).
I'm in love with the animated background in the menu and in the inventory. How did you get the animated background?

It's nice to see some footage. The dual swingpole/tightrope functionality is especially interesting. Well done.

One thing that immediately turns me off, however, is the running animation. The animation itself is quite nice, but the bouncing effect it has on the camera is very distracting and after some time, nauseating. If I'm not mistaken, Lara's collision box during an animation determines the movement of the camera. If someone were to edit the collision box to match her original running animation (this can be done with FexAnim) it would eliminate the bouncing. I would be willing to edit the box myself, if someone could point me to which animation this is!

Well it's funny you say that, as yesterday I've been correcting that issue precisely.
By the way WadMerger does this already, using another program would be redundant. Plus, Paolone's fixed version let's you manually change it, which is what I've done to correct the camera movement.
