I haven't used the updated WADMerger much, wouldn't have know there's now precise collision control. Cool

You can also edit that collsion box to have a camera-like effect for those shimmies in TR5, (how the camera follows Lara when she shimmies from one from corner to the next. I love that camera angle.

This is also the way I often tackle new things: first try with simple assets to get it to work properly.

Ibwatched the video and was wondering: if she had picked up the third power up thingy would she have been able to pull the first cage block? And for what purpose are they in the menu? Gah I want to know everything

You mean editing the collisionbox can fix that weird camerabug that's in the TR4 game (and TRLE games)? The one where the camera stays focussed on the corner Lara just climbed around and it stays focussed on there unless you press the look button?

Not sure ofcourse, but I can imagine them being in the inventory so a player can pick when and where to use a powerup.
Also, it might make upgrading Lara's skills easier with having then in the inventory. Using the amount as a condition or using the "used inventory item" GlobalTrigger when a powerup is used. Instead of using more variables for that.

No idea really. Just thinking out loud here.

They might also be temporary power ups that Lara uses for specific areas. Like a super jump or something like that. Who knows (they know xD).
