Need help with Bhogavati?
Hi
It's been a long time since I've been here. Has anyone else run into this problem... I'm at the end of the Bhogavati level. I'm in the courtyard where the statue at the end has a ring in it's face. The problem is that I can't pull the statue down. When I hit the E key the ring lifts but the stature doesn't move. This is my third time through the game but the first on my new computer running Windows 7 64 bit. I had a similar problem with one of the pulls in the area with the Octopus where you had to pull out the gears to align them with the large one. Eventually I got that one to move but so far this one just wont budge. I have to say the the game runs great on my new Falcon Northwest computer, it's the first time I could really crank everything up to max and have it run as smooth as glass. But I'm getting frustrated at not being able to get by this point. Anyone have any ideas? Mike |

Try different distances away from the statue.

^That could help.
You could also try to press the action/interact key (the 'pull' button) really fast, like tapping. I have heard this worked for some people! |

Hi
I have tried it from every distance and angle, I have tapped and held it down. I have climbed up on the thing and jumped off. I have even tried changing my graphics setting to be more like they were on my old computer. Nothing I do will seem to move the thing. I can see the ring lift when I pull, so it is getting the correct command it just won't budge the statue. Anyone have any other ideas? Mike Last edited by MikeHawthorne; 28-11-09 at 23:39. |

Hi
I solved the problem by finding an old save from my previous times through. I had one at exactly the right place. Standing before the hole in the ground. Mike |

It happened to me too, but after moving Lara around for a while it worked... I'm sorry I don't have any other idea!
EDIT: Okay then! |
