I don't, but the media does.

It never is. I want to know what's the argument this time, given you have no control over the scene.

Yeah, probably! Im just speaking my mind, but hey, Id much rather be over sensitive than immature or something like that. I just dont think its right. I would have a problem with it if it were in the right context, but it just isnt. Thats whats bothering me.

(Btw, no need for the duhs, or the condescending nature people, I just have an opinion)

Probably some bullcrap that games turn kids into killers, or something like that, and this will spawn thousands of bomb makers. Or something about promoting terrorism.

What an annoying child. That segment was so badly done it makes me cringe.

You guys make an excellent point about seeing it happen and actually killing (which I hadent thought of) but still, there's something about little girls dying that just doesnt sit well with me. Ah well.

BTW, notice how this gets 3 pages of posts in under an hour? Shows you how much attention Activision's controversial nature gets, now doesnt it?

I agree about it not being controversial. As others have said, you see this stuff in movie, other games, etc. You just have to get over that they are fake people. Yes, it happens in real life and it is terrible, but these characters are just that...characters. It is to help drive the story, make people feel the emotions and connect with the characters. IMO, shocking things like this are what make a good story. So, no I do not see it as controversial. Plus, how is this any different than GTA or whatever?

^A little boy was hit by a car in Heavy Rain. And children were murdered and the main character's son kidnapped. I do not see any difference between this and that. Once again, story-telling+not real.Obviously it CAN happen, but this is just a game.

Never seen a film or played a game that has offended me. Real life on the other hand....

We should ban real life.
