i thought core had already started on tomb raider 7 and it was out next year, not 2005! Do u think crystal will build a new engine for the game and create a new next generation lara?

Well, this quite interesting. Looks to me that Crystal would be developing this game, while Core still have some oversight

Eidos should have chose a capable developer like Capcom. At least they really know how churn out something. The addictive Devil May Cry is just an exsample.

looks like core will go out of business seeing how they didnt release many other games besides tomb raider, and the games they did release didnt sell very well.
the new Legacy of Kain engine could be used for tomb raider 7, no more out dated graphics

Personally, I really think Core lost it all after TR4...

TR5 was just a placeholder, and TR6 apparently is a disappointment...

Eidos is doing the best business move they can for themselves and Tomb Raider...

No need to kick a dead horse...

That's bad.

The TR phenomenon is a British-made one, made in Britain by a British team centred around a British character.

It would be upsetting to have the games made by an American company. It would be like moving the filming of 'Friends' to London.

What a slap in the face for the UK.
