You can also edit that collsion box to have a camera-like effect for those shimmies in TR5, (how the camera follows Lara when she shimmies from one from corner to the next. I love that camera angle.

They might also be temporary power ups that Lara uses for specific areas. Like a super jump or something like that. Who knows (they know xD).
